Your expertise in Clay will be central—designing complex Clay tables, integrating multiple data providers, AI agents, and webhooks to surface high-value accounts and contacts. You’ll ensure seamless connections between Clay, CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, sequencers such as Outreach or Salesloft, and BI tools, delivering prioritized, actionable data to the sales team. ❖ What You’ll Do - Audit and optimize the existing GTM stack - Build and deploy signal-based outbound plays and account scoring models - Map enterprise SaaS buying committees and identify trigger events for cold outbound - Translate GTM strategy into automated workflows that drive measurable pipeline - Own the inbound and outbound data layer, ensuring SDR and AE teams trust your enrichment and routing logic - Present workflow designs and results to senior commercial stakeholders ❖ What Sets You Apart - 3-5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles - Expert-level proficiency in Clay: complex table architecture, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment - Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions, ICP definition, and signal-based selling - Proven success building outbound or lead enrichment systems in a B2B SaaS environment - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Bombora, and Slack - Confident with API calls, webhooks, JSON, and extending Clay’s capabilities - Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders - Self-driven with strong documentation and workflow ownership ❖ Work Environment & Requirements - Remote, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM Sydney/AEST) - Fast, reliable internet and your own suitable laptop or desktop - Quiet workspace and quality microphone/headset - Active participation in daily standups and weekly GTM reviews - Responsive on Slack during business hours ❖ Compensation & Growth - $2,000–$3,000 AUD per month, based on experience and output - 90-day review for rate adjustment based on workflow quality and pipeline impact - Top-tier compensation for senior GTM Engineers with deep Clay expertise - Direct engagement with a growing enterprise SaaS company - Real ownership of GTM infrastructure and a clear progression path - Access to future opportunities through the Reef network Ready to take ownership of revenue operations and make a measurable impact?
