This role is ideal for someone who combines GTM strategy with technical mastery—designing lead enrichment workflows, building account scoring models, and deploying signal-based outbound plays that drive qualified pipeline to the sales team. Clay is at the core of this position. You’ll design and ship advanced Clay tables, integrating multiple data providers, AI agents, and webhook connections to surface high-value accounts and contacts that match precise ICPs. Your work will connect Clay outputs to the broader GTM stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and BI tools, ensuring the sales team has prioritized, contextual data every day. ❖ What You’ll Do - Audit and optimize the existing GTM stack, identifying high-leverage workflows - Build and launch signal-based outbound plays using Clay and cold outbound tools - Own the inbound and outbound data layer, trusted by SDR and AE teams for enrichment, scoring, and routing - Map account hierarchies, identify buying committees, and automate workflows that generate measurable pipeline - Collaborate directly with sales, marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to align GTM strategy and execution ❖ What You Bring - 3-5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles within B2B SaaS - Expert-level proficiency in Clay: complex table architecture, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment - Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions: ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling - Proven success building outbound or lead enrichment systems that drive pipeline impact - Strong working knowledge of the modern GTM stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Bombora, Slack - Comfortable with API calls, webhooks, JSON, and extending Clay’s capabilities - Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders - Self-management in documentation, workflow ownership, and stakeholder updates - Availability for full-time hours (9AM-6PM AEST, Monday to Friday), with reliable internet and a suitable remote setup ❖ Compensation & Growth - $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, based on experience and output quality - 90-day review for rate adjustment based on workflow quality, pipeline impact, and stakeholder feedback - Top compensation for senior operators with deep Clay expertise and enterprise SaaS GTM experience - Direct engagement with an established SaaS company, real ownership of GTM infrastructure, and a clear progression path - Stable full-time income, predictable hours, and access to future opportunities through the Reef network Ready to take ownership of GTM engineering in a role where your technical craft and strategic thinking directly drive revenue?
